- Medical Strategy & Execution
- Lead and execute the country medical affairs plan aligned with regional and global strategies.
- Localize scientific communication and support evidence generation in key areas of pediatric nutrition.
- Provide medical insights to shape brand strategy, marketing plans, and future innovation.
- Scientific Engagement & KOL Management
- Build and maintain strong relationship with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and academic institutions.
- Represent the company at national scientific conferences, advisory boards, and CME events.
- Organize and lead scientific advisory boards and medical education initiatives.
- Evidence Generation & Clinical Research
- Support and lead local evidence generation activities including Real-World Evidence, Investigator Initated Studies (IIS), and collaborative research.
- Act as the point of contact for clinical operations for global/regional studies conducted in Indonesia.
- Medical Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations, company SOPs, and ethical standards.
- Lead or support medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials.
- Cross-funtional Partnership
- Work closely with Regulatiory Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, R&D, and Commercial teams.
- Provide training and medical support to internal teams (e.g., sales force training, Q&A support).
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent).
- Experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in pediatric nutrition or pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience engaging with KOLs and executing medical strategies at country level.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and medical governance frameworks.
