As an IT Security Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Create and maintain up-to-date information security documents, including policies, procedures, and guidelines to safeguard company data, systems, and networks.
Architect secure IT infrastructure across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Implement a robust technical security framework that complies with local regulations and industry standards.
Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support responses to regulatory inquiries and prepare required documentation for external audits and certifications.
Coordinate with internal teams to embed security into the planning and implementation of new technologies and systems.
Deploy and manage security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and encryption solutions.
Monitor security logs and respond swiftly to incidents or breaches.
Establish and enforce policies related to personal data protection.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and track changes that may impact data handling practices.
Run ongoing training programs to raise awareness and educate staff on security best practices.

Grow IT security practices and roadmap from early stageWork with global team and integrate cutting-edge cybersecurity technologiesA successful IT Security Manager should have:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates with certifications in Information security is preferable
Experience in implementing information security policies and procedures based on international standards, including but not limited to, ISO, SOC 1 and SOC 2, etc.
Proven years of experience in Information security roles is required, including managing or leading information security systems.
Proven expertise in IT security frameworks and risk management strategies.
Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing security challenges.
Good understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements in financial services.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
