  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services.
  • Oversee and audit IT user activities to ensure compliance with security policies and prevent misuse
  • Implement and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures to prevent unauthorized copying, sharing, or leaking of sensitive data by employees.
  • Monitor and control API access logs to detect and prevent unauthorized or suspicious activities.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, including username and password policies to ensure secure authentication.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure and security management.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud security.
  • Experience with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Skilled in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or similar) preferred.
