- Defining performance targets for each production group
- Creating and implementing workflow strategies that enhance productivity without sacrificing safety or quality
- Making sure staff schedules are well-organized and sufficient for operational needs
- 5 year experience as production manager and lead team with many members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Bachelor's degree in any major with relevant experiences.
- Familiar with ISO system, Good Manufacturing Practices, Operational Excellence and understand Lean Six Sigma concept, also done root cause analysis and CAPA approach
