Job Description -Understand and apply industry-specific knowledge, including mechanical drawings, powder metallurgy processes, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). -Plan, execute, monitor, and close production-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. -Manage production budgets effectively by understanding financial principles and making strategic decisions regarding resource allocation. -Ensure all production activities comply with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols. -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely project execution. -Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineer, Metallurgy Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related field ・Min 3-5 years of experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in Iron casting, forging manufacture ・Have experience in mechanical drawings, powder metallurgy processes, and QMS ・Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing. ・Business level of English
