SOCIAL MANAGEMENT JR. EXECUTIVE

• Building relationships with the community and community leaders to listen to grievances or social issues arising from ongoing projects.
• Documenting these grievances for reporting purposes.
• Collaborating with superiors in conducting social studies.

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Social Management or Social Investment
• Previous experience in rural areas and community development projects.
• Prior experience in the energy and sustainability sector is a valuable asset.
• Strong relationships with community leaders and local government officials are advantageous.
• Knowledge of local dialects (Lundayeh and Punan) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, as well as photography and videography skills, are considered additional strengths.
• Willing to be placed in Malinau - North Kalimantan (Non Roster)
