SECURITY OFFICER

• Ensuring the safety and security of the facility, personnel, and critical infrastructure.
• Implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the KHN project.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise security personnel, ensuring effective training, development, and performance management.
• Support emergency response plans, drills, and training exercises to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
• Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Support regular security reports to senior management, outlining risks, incidents, and improvements.

• Bachelor Degree of Security Management/ Law/ equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience as Security Officer
• Experience in handling Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Protocol, Security Management in construction project/ Hydropower project
• Good communication
• Willing to be placed in Malinau (North Kalimantan) with roster based
