Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Production * Own the end-to-end TikTok content process — from brief review, content ideation, and creative strategy, to production oversight and quality control.
  • Collaborate with creative stakeholders (in-house, freelancers, KOLs) to ensure every content piece is a “winning content” that drives down CPL and generates qualified leads.
  • Build a scalable content calendar that balances FYP-driven, trend-based videos with brand-focused storytelling.
Organic Social Media Growth * Lead the strategy for the brand's organic TikTok presence to boost awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Develop content strategies that expand our promising customer base while maintaining brand authenticity and relatability.
  • Normalize high-frequency FYP content production to stay ahead of trends.
Performance Tracking & Optimization * Track TikTok performance metrics daily, including views, engagement rate, CPL, and lead volume.
  • Identify underperforming content and implement quick pivots to maximize results.
  • Conduct post-mortems on high-performing content to identify and replicate successful patterns.
Requirements: * Proven TikTok Expertise: minimum 3 years in social media marketing, with at least 2 years leading TikTok strategy, content production, and optimization.
  • Creative & Data-Driven: Skilled in producing viral yet brand-focused content that boosts engagement, lowers CPL, and generates leads.
  • End-to-End Content Leadership: Experience managing the full process from ideation to production to performance analysis, working with in-house teams, freelancers, and KOLs.
  • Trend & Performance Savvy: Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, FYP trends, and analytics, with the ability to pivot quickly based on results.
