- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of proven experience in developing successful campaigns, often from a background in marketing, advertising, or content creation.
- Able to use design tools, Figma and Adobe Creative Suites (Especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect)is a must
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end creative projects, from strategy through execution and evaluation.
- Strong in creative vision, able to generate unique, compelling ideas that capture attention and resonate with an audience.
- Good understanding in data and able to leverage performance data to generate improvements
