In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we're just getting started!The three principles, or what we call as 3DNAs, became the foundation and set the guideline for the Magician belief system: Everyone is an owner, Growth Mindset, and A Will to Win.Job OverviewThe Business Development (OTC) role is vital in driving our cryptocurrency initiatives. You will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating market strategies that elevate Ajaib's presence in the cryptocurrency space.Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue business opportunities within the cryptocurrency market to drive growth.
Acquire, develop, and manage trusted relationships with key clients, including HNWIs and institutions, to strengthen OTC trading.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with crypto exchanges, regulators, and technology providers.
Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, particularly in fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trends, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing stakeholder relationships.
Self-motivated with a passion for new technologies and innovation.
