- Develop and implement integrated business plans in collaboration with Bank Partner, including identifying and leveraging new business opportunities within existing frameworks,
- Ensure all partnership initiatives are strategically aligned across internal departments and external stakeholders, and conduct regular reviews with the bank partner on the ongoing strategic initiatives' results, brainstorming further action plans to support the business,
- Act as the central coordinator between internal functions and Bank Partner to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategic initiatives
- Conduct quarterly Joint Steering Committee (JSC) meetings between Allianz and Bank Partneron annual business plan approval, discuss executive-level strategic dialogues, approvals on marketing plan and products, addressing and deciding strategic issues concerning the Bancassurance business, etc.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, agreements, and communication records relevant to the partnership, ensuring transparency, compliance, and accountability in all engagements.
- Prepare data monitoring and analytics needed by the Channel Head and Bank Partner to drive day-to-day business and identify improvement areas.
- Review and validate payments for marketing allowance usage, including preparing the end-to-end deviation process.
- Manage the end-to-end bank partner’s trip contest.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development and partnership distribution within insurance or financial institutions, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain a broad network, including strong connections with market players, policyholders, and bank partners.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a robust ability to perform data analysis and utilize digital AI tools.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
