• Bachelor degree in any major depends on the software application (e.g. accounting, psychology, science, business adm, industrial engineering, etc)
• Min. 7 years experience in application system implementation
• Involve in min. 10 full cycle projects
• Min. 3 times experienced as team leader
• Min. have 2 times experienced as project manager
• Master software business process and has several industrial skill/ knowledge
• Has min. 2 technical certification
• Project Management certified
• Computer and English literate
