ERP Functional Consultant - Supply Chain Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current supply chain processes and gather detailed requirements for the Oracle Fusion SCM implementation.
Design and document functional solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and system capabilities.
Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning.
Develop and execute test scripts (SIT, UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure data integrity.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support data migration activities.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration documents, user guides, and training materials.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with at least [e.g., 2] years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
Proven hands-on experience with core Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement. Experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, or Warehouse Management is a plus.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced project environment.
Oracle Cloud SCM certification is highly desirable.
