  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current supply chain processes and gather detailed requirements for the Oracle Fusion SCM implementation.
  • Design and document functional solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and system capabilities.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Develop and execute test scripts (SIT, UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support data migration activities.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration documents, user guides, and training materials.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with at least [e.g., 2] years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Proven hands-on experience with core Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement. Experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, or Warehouse Management is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Oracle Cloud SCM certification is highly desirable.
