- Supervise and lead the Loss Prevention team, ensuring all duties are performed according to hotel standards, with regular feedback and performance monitoring.
- Respond to and investigate incidents (e.g., theft, accidents), prepare detailed reports, and escalate findings to relevant departments or authorities as needed.
- Maintain full awareness of hotel operations, team schedules, emergency protocols, and ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property at all times.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, Loss Prevention procedures, and local safety/security regulations across all departments.
- Handle guest and staff requests or complaints professionally, while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- Coordinate with external agencies (police, fire brigade, etc.) and support security operations during special events, emergencies, or high-profile visits.
- 5 years of experience in Loss Prevention Manager and/or safety, specifically in luxury resort or similar fields.
- Preferably certified in Garda Utama, along with relevant certifications
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies.
- Leadership skills to guide a team, set clear goals, and ensure the execution of tasks and procedures.
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OPERA, and Loss Prevention-related software.
- Knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, fire safety protocols, and maintaining a criminal-free and good driving record.
