- Develop and implement quality and hygiene-related improvement projects aligned with the hotel's strategic direction.
- Monitor and ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across all departments, including public areas, rooms, and kitchens.
- Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to department heads and the General Manager to support continuous improvement.
- Oversee the daily operations of the quality and hygiene functions, ensuring regular audits, staff training, and compliance with HACCP and internal standards
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Background in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, TQM, or other quality management systems (as auditor or trainer is a plus).
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong leadership and cross-department collaboration abilities.
