- Liaise with senior decision-makers in different industries across countries to understand their talent needs and advise them on global talent pools as well as the appropriate hiring & talent strategies to help them achieve their outcomes.
- Be trained in the Snaphunt Flexpert hiring methodology & use this as well as the Snaphunt platform to help companies identify top talent in line with their requirements quickly and manage all aspects of the hiring process all the way till hire.
- You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in an sales/ business development, talent acquisition and/or a Consulting role. Experience in a top tier consulting firm and/or startup hiring in a strong plus.
- You are fluent in both English & Japanese in order to be able to effectively liaise with our customers in Japan & other markets
- You are commercial and have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influence senior stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments
