Client Experience Champion: Welcome Japanese clients warmly, provide seamless onboarding, and expertly address their inquiries to ensure an exceptional experience.
Workspace Expert: Facilitate smooth booking and utilization of hot desks and other resources, guiding Japanese members to optimize their workspace experience.
Networking Facilitator: Foster connections among Japanese members, proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and professional development.
Community event management: Conceptualize and execute engaging community events tailored to the interests of our Japanese members.
Administrative Support: Assist in member enrolment processes and maintain accurate client records.
Brand Ambassador: Uphold our commitment to AYANA-level service standards, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our dedication to excellence.

Requirements

Fluency in Japanese: Confident verbal and written communication skills for seamless interactions with our Japanese members.
Experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role (strongly preferred).
Concierge Mindset: A genuine desire to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and create memorable moments.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with the management team, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
