- International travel may be required, including factory visits and attending regional meetings and trainings.
- for creating strategies, setting up sales plans, and developing and nurturing dealers and customer relations.
- Handling and closing large business opportunities and key accounts.
- Supporting important dealer accounts.
- Identifying and prospecting for high potential end-users in the territory relative to Atlas Copco portable air and tools market segments focus and strategy.
- 2 years' experience promoting and selling construction or industrial equipment - knowledge and experience in portable air compressors an advantage and a plus.
- 2 years' exposure working with customers in construction, mining, utility, oil & gas and other industrial segments with similar applications.
- Technical capability to learn and utilize IT tools such as
- Microsoft Teams to host virtual meetings, provide online trainings, etc.
- SAP C4C customer relationship management (CRM) system for regular reporting of sales activities, leads generation, opportunity conversion sales quotes and sales forecasting.
- Power BI in reading reports and graphs to aid market and business analysis.
- Passionate about learning and exploring new things; adapt quickly to new situations and opportunities, excited to find new ways, perspectives and ideas.
- Excellent sales acumen with ability to manage dealer network.

- Degree on Engineering / Marketing - Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
