In this role, you'll help bridge the world of engineering and HR, ensuring we hire, grow, and support talent in ways that truly align with how tech teams work and thrive.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand their specific HR needs and tailor solutions that foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Conduct talent assessments and utilize data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition strategies, enhancing our recruitment processes to appeal to former product managers and engineers.
  • Facilitate engagement initiatives that build a supportive community for tech employees, focusing on career development, mentoring, and skill enhancement.
  • Support leadership in performance evaluation processes, providing tools and frameworks that align with technical roles and reward exceptional contributions.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives that empower technical employees, encouraging a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving business landscapes.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback, analyze trends, and implement changes that enhance the overall employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other relevant disciplines
  • A background in product management or engineering is preferred.
  • Experience working in technology, fintech, or similar industries preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to build interpersonal relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating data into actionable HR strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing talent acquisition processes, especially tailored for technical roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trust and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Keen understanding of performance management and employee engagement best practices.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
