- Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the department head, and the regional team to align training programs with strategic goals.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources.
- Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies.
- Experienced in developing and implementing various training methodologies, including classroom training, e-learning, virtual training, and blended learning approaches.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
