- Lead the daily operations of the Observation Deck, including ticketing, guest services, F&B, and retail
- Drive excellence in visitor experience, ensuring service quality, safety, and satisfaction
- Oversee operational planning, staffing, budgeting, and KPI management
- Develop and implement SOPs across departments to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to enhance visitation and revenue
- Manage and mentor department heads and operational teams to build a high-performance culture
- Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met
- Innovate new guest experiences and service enhancements
- Minimum 10 years of operational leadership experience in theme parks, attractions, or entertainment venues
- Proven track record managing large-scale F&B operations and high-footfall guest environments
- Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional coordination skills
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and memorable experiences
- Solid understanding of budgeting, P&L, and performance tracking
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment with diverse teams
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
