- Lead and own the retail expansion strategy across Indonesia, identifying priority markets and formats that align with the company's growth targets.
- Maintain a strong field presence-scouting locations, conducting market assessments, and engaging directly with landlords, brokers, and local authorities.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable expansion plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of store openings, including feasibility analysis, lease negotiation, permitting, construction oversight, and operational handover.
- Actively troubleshoot bottlenecks on-site and lead problem-solving efforts in real time to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with real estate, design, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.
- Optimize expansion costs, ensure financial sustainability of projects, and monitor ROI of each new store.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing expansion team while remaining actively involved in key decisions and high-priority sites.
- Continuously monitor trends, competitor movements, and regulatory developments to inform long-term expansion strategies.
- Prepare and present regular strategic and operational reports to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in retail expansion, real estate, or general management-ideally within F&B or multi-outlet retail.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of leading multi-site expansions across Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian real estate markets, regulations, and consumer dynamics.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
