- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with local labor laws and company standards.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain HRIS systems and generate HR reports to support decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, Indonesian labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as tech, fintech, or multinational companies is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; ability to work effectively with regional or global teams.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
