- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR management experience, with a focus on corporate HR functions and strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in compensation benefits, labor laws, performance management, and employee relations.
- Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, alongside a high level of emotional intelligence.
- HRIS, data analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, especially for key positions, along with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Leadership and team-development & engagement
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management skills, with a knack for driving initiatives to completion
- CHRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred
