- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Indonesia’s technology and advertising landscape, with understanding of Indonesia’s fintech, ecommerce and telco industries.
- Knowledge of using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in this region
- Ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and deliver results across multiple teams.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Ability to grow in a fluid environment.
- Develop and execute business strategy to grow Google's presence in Indonesia with focus on sectors like finance tech, E-commerce, telecommunications and media and entertainment.
- Manage business growth and encourage the utilization of Google as the media channel for the partners. Understand and solve client issues and pursue improvement.
- Build an advertising business operation capable of providing service to Google’s advertisers and agencies with a collaborative approach. Lead and develop agreements.
- Manage relationships with a set of stakeholders. Lead business portfolio, operate as an independent contributor or managing teams across various workflows crossing strategy development to business execution.
- Represent the Google Brand proposition both internally and externally.
