Extract and analyze data from ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and external sources.
Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
Translate business questions into data models and visualizations.
Collaborate with business units to identify KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.
Ensure data integrity, standardization, and validation processes.
Support ad-hoc and routine reporting for sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Work with IT Architecture and Engineering teams to improve data pipelines and warehouse structure.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Familiar with ERP/CRM data structures (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Salesforce).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
