Analyzing Clients needs and make business flow for application to a document such as BRD Business Requirement Document.
Do research for company product
Responsible for analyzing business and technical documentation including
Data mapping rules, product description and parameterization
Delegating tasks to the programmer and monitoring progress profession
Validate the results by supporting the functional test and acceptance processes, as well as test application
Provide references by writing technical documentation
Develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from any major, preferably from an IT-related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably as Business Analyst.
Understand general banking processes, especially in funding, financing, collection, and treasury.
Preferably holds a Business Analyst Based on Knowledge (BABOK) certification.
Preferably holds a Project Management Based on Knowledge (PMBOK) certification.
Understand the roles and regulations related to data security.
Having experience working in a banking or financial institution is a plus.
Skillset: JIRA, Visio, Excel, Ms Project
