At the same time, Local Service creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.Responsibilities
1. Establish analytical framework for the TikTok Local Services Creator Operations team: root cause analysis, core metrics monitoring, and automated dashboards to surface key data insights to stakeholders and inform operational strategies.
2. Fully understand all the operation strategies, build sufficient indicators to measure the efficiency of current operational strategies.
3. Work very closely with TikTok Local Services frontline local operational team, highly involved in the leadership discussion routinely. Supporting key decision makings of regional operational team and strategy team with sufficient analysis.
4. Follow up the data insight and lead special project, working with cross functional teams including: central strategy team, product teams and local operational teams to come up with sufficient operational leverages to help the local service business to grow continuously.
5. Evaluate, forecast and quantify the impact of external and internal factors on creators, agencies, operation and the TikTok ecosystem. Think from high level to look for potential growth points and risk points for the business.
6. Dive deep into the data to understand how creator, viewer behaviours change with the evolution of our operational strategies. Understand top performers and use data to explore and analyse actionable operational strategies.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer science is preferred; or major in science or engineering or engaged in data statistics, analysis, modelling related working areas after graduation.
2. Extensive experience of working in a strategy role, transactional business and creator operations work experience is a plus.
3. Experience working in international markets, SEA experience is a plus.
4. Familiar with statistics and dashboards, preferred to have experience in user growth, metrics creation, A/B testing, and data modelling.
5. Capability in strategy report writing skills.Preferred Qualifications
1. Good understanding of creator and MCN agency operation ecosystem.
2. Strong understanding over e-commerce or local services industry.
3. Carry a “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of ownership to execute end-to-end projects.
