
Feasibility & Environmental Impact Assessment Manager (Mining)

- Lead and coordinate feasibility studies covering technical, financial, and environmental dimensions
- Oversee preparation and submission of AMDAL / EIA documentation in accordance with Indonesian regulations
- Ensure alignment with local and national environmental permits and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g. geology, engineering, operations, legal) and external stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, consultants)
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on feasibility analysis and environmental impact methods
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables related to feasibility and AMDAL activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with evident track record in feasibility studies and AMDAL/EIA for mining projects
- Proven ability to manage feasibility study processes from scoping through implementation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian AMDAL/EIA regulations and environmental permitting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to liaise across government, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Analytical, results-driven mindset, and capable of leading multidisciplinary teams
