- Liaise with Sales, Client Management and Relationship Managers to on-board OAT customers
- Drive OAT product utilization to meet asset and revenue targets.
- Drive the product strategy including roll-out of group initiatives that are relevant to the market
- Manage implementation process such as monitoring on boarding progress, issue tracking and resolution.
- Coordinate on-boarding activities for OAT with focused handling of acquisition of large number of spokes.
- Carry out post implementation reviews and control for all OAT products including NPA and SOP documents.
- Drive the digital enhancement from business requirements up to implementation
- Product training for BU/SU staff and/or clients
- Hold customer event and/or incentive program internal or external
- Ensure strict regulatory & audit compliance on all products & processes
- Develop (enhance and maintain) new product/service initiatives based on local market requirements,
- Ensure Product governance; adherence to risks, regulations and controls required by internal policy and external regulators
- Holds minimum a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- Require some work with min 5 years’ experience in banking or similar industry, preferably in product development
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good in project management skill, having IT knowledge would be a plus
- Experience in Project Implementation.
- Task and target oriented, diligent in follow up.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in Transaction Banking.
- Keen awareness of the OAT industry.
