- Strategic Channel Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve aggressive sales targets within general trade channels (specialized electronics retailers).
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers within modern trade partners. Negotiate favorable terms, promotions, and placement to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Sales Performance & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges. Develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Leadership & Development: Potentially lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or merchandisers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective execution of sales plans.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure successful launches of new home appliance products into modern trade, including planning, forecasting, and promotional activities.
- Promotional Planning: Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional activities, in-store merchandising, and marketing initiatives with retail partners to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on competitive activities, pricing strategies, and market opportunities to inform strategic business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry, with a strong focus on general trade channels.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and expanding market share in competitive environments.
- Extensive knowledge of modern trade operations, retail dynamics, and key account management principles in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
