Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily internal control operations of the overseas factory to ensure process compliance with company policies and local regulations. - Collect and organize internal control findings, draft work reports, communicate actively with relevant departments, and provide suggestions and actions for improvement to help enhance internal control standards. - Regularly provide feedback and updates to the factory and headquarters regarding internal control issues and work results. - Follow up on issues identified during audits and ensure that corrective actions are implemented. - This position is dedicated to internal control work and must not interfere with production tasks in other departments. - Other responsibilities as needed.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree - High conversational Mandarin and High conversational English proficiency - Minimum 1 year of internal control or with relevant experience in manufacturing internal control, auditing, or finance - Proficiency in using office software (such as MS Office) - Willing to work in East Java - Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to multitask under pressure
