We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader to join our team as Head of Site Sales – Southeast Asia. In this senior role, you will lead site-focused sales activities across the region, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring our sales strategies align with the evolving needs of the mining and mineral processing industry.This is a high-impact position for a commercially savvy professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for developing teams, growing market share, and delivering exceptional customer value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inspire: Build, develop, and manage a high-performing site sales team, driving collaboration, accountability, and results.Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to mine site operations, leveraging market insights and customer needs.Customer Focus: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders at mine sites, ensuring we deliver solutions that enhance operations and create measurable value.Drive Order Intake: Collaborate with product specialists and service teams to maximize parts, services, and solutions sales across sites.Market Insights: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to shape strategies and identify new areas for growth.Customer Engagement: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, rapid problem resolution, and outstanding client satisfaction.Talent Development: Mentor and develop sales professionals within the team to strengthen capability and performance across the region.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the mineral processing, mining, or heavy industrial sector.Strong strategic planning, account management, and negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Deep understanding of the mineral processing industry, including products, services, and applications.Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and growing revenue.Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia.Passion for customer engagement and building long-lasting relationships.Why Join Us?This is your opportunity to make a real impact by leading a critical growth function in a world-class organization.
