They are now seeking a Head of Sales - Indonesia to lead market entry and growth in one of their most strategic regions. This senior role offers autonomy and direct impact, reporting to the global sales leadership.Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Indonesia.
- Build strong relationships with regulators, industry associations, enterprises, and financial institutions.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to closing complex deals.
- Represent the company at key industry events and position it as a thought leader.
- Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term client retention.
- Provide local market insights to shape product and strategy decisions.
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in digital assets, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven success in closing high-value, technical solutions with C-level clients.
- Strong network within the Indonesian financial and digital asset ecosystem.
- Knowledge of blockchain and crypto infrastructure is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Based in Jakarta, with ability to work autonomously in a regional/global setup.
