- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the life agency distribution channel in line with company goals.
- Recruitment and Training: Supervise recruitment, training, and development of life insurance agents to incorporate general insurance solutions into their practice, and oversee internal agency sales team development for optimal performance.
- Performance Management: Establish recruitment and sales targets, monitor achievements, and implement corrective measures for underperformanceunderperformance.
- Sales: Propel sales of general insurance products through the life insurance agency force.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical sales practices.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including life agents and internal divisions.
- Bachelor's degree from reputable Universities.
- Proven experience in middle management within the life insurance industry, particularly in agency distribution.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate sales professionals and independent agency forces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of life insurance agents'agents' characteristics, behaviorsbehaviors, and insurance regulatory environment.
- Extensive network and relationships within the life insurance agent community.
- Strategic thinker with robust analyticalanalytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of general insurance products is highly desirable.
