Head of Actuary (Insurance)

• Support management in valuation and regulatory approval.
• Implement product development tasks, including setup, testing, and maintenance.
• Conduct new business profitability analysis and provide strategic insights.
• Review provisions, reinsurance treaties, term sheets, and marketing materials.
• Drive improvement and optimization of pricing and discounting practices.
• Maintain distribution compensation modeling.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects aligned with company initiatives.
• Implement rate filings accurately for desired geographic and market segmentation.
• Coordinate closely with Valuation Actuary, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to innovative solutions and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 8 years of working experience in a related role
• Proven experience in actuarial valuation, pricing, product development, and regulatory compliance for life assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
