Position Overview:Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning tent, issuing retreat keys. Process all payment types such as tent charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process check outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guests calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and complete designated cashier and closing reports.The Camp Post Agent will never let a guest know either by their tone, facial expression or verbally how difficult a request is; great importance and genuine care will be given in all cases. The Camp Post Agent is an extremely creative individual who will not have the word "no" in their vocabulary and they will be able to provide information for any guest or visitor inquiry. They are always able to help the guest in every way possible from a simple question to an unusual request, so long as it is ethical, legal, and moral. If all avenues have been exhausted and a particular request cannot be accomplished, the Camp Post Agent will come up with alternate choices that are suitable to the guest's needs and likes.As well as managing any request that a guest might had they are also responsible for established answering all calls/emails that come into the Camp Post and alerting hotel colleagues of their requests. It is also the duty of the Camp Post Agent to load all Guest Preferences into the PMS that the reservations teams were unable to capture atthe point of booking. The accurate knowledge of the guest profiles and preferences and maintain the Concierge assistant updated.The Role:Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of :
  • All tent departmental policies and procedures
  • All preferences of guest profile
  • All tent features/services, hours of operations.
  • All tent restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambience
  • All tent types, numbers/names, layout appointments, amenities, and locations.
  • All tent rates, special packages, and promotions
  • Assist in all Auriga Wellness booking, change and cancellation appointment
  • Provide details description and promote of Auriga Wellness treatment, packages, facility features and hour operation.

Talent Profile: * Diploma Graduate in Hospitality
  • Possess a good command of the English language and the ability to communicate with guests clearly and pleasantly, both in person and by telephone.
  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Knowledge of computers.
  • Ability to handle money in a responsible manner.
  • Knowledge of the Locality, its attractions, services, suppliers, and vendors
