Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What You'll Do:Responsible for management of the PMC HSSE Team to undertake the following activities:

Review, comment and recommend improvements to the contractors HSE and Risk related plans for the project
Undertake HSSE audits of the contractors HSSE related activities are in line with plans and expectations
Raise letters and notifications for presentation to client for HSSE compliance or non compliance observations
Regular site HSSE walk with display of positive HSSE behaviours
Advise client on improvements that can be made to promote good site HSSE behaviour and reduction of risks such as house keeping
Provision of management level reporting of status, activities undertaken by team and any areas of concern
Management of the PMC HSSE team members to ensure they are effective
Provide performance management of PMC Team
Support recruitment or PMC team members
Liaise with all other PMC functions effectively
Liaise with all client and contractor stakeholders
Be HSE visible to site personnel and be proactive in the implementation of best practice HSSE activities

QualificationsWhat You'll Have:

At least a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrument or Environmental Engineering.
Has held same position as the proposed PMC position and as a min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for at least for 5 years in oil and gas and/or petrochemical Projects (i.e., refinery Project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
Has minimum 15 (fifteen) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical Projects (i.e., refinery Project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
Has experience as HSSE Manager in oil and gas and petrochemical Projects (i.e., refinery Project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
Has Experience in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site on HSSE Issues
Has Experience in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures
Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards related to HSSE
Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.
Has a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
Has ability to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
Fluent in Communication and writing in English
