1. Develop and maintain dashboards, dossiers, reports, and documents in MicroStrategy.2. Design semantic layers, including attributes, metrics, hierarchies, and schema objects.3. Optimize performance of dashboards and reports using partitioning, indexing, and caching techniques.4. Collaborate with the data warehouse team to integrate data and align with business needs.5. Create interactive, insightful visualizations based on user requirements.6. Perform data modeling and ensure data integrity across reporting systems.7. Support UAT and deploy solutions to the production environment.8. Provide training and guidance to end-users as needed.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence using MicroStrategy.
Proficiency with MicroStrategy Web, Developer, Workstation, and Architect.
Skilled in building cubes, freeform SQL reports, intelligent cubes, metrics, filters, and prompts.
Strong understanding of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and data warehouse concepts.
Excellent SQL skills and experience integrating with data sources such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
Willing to work onsite (WFO).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) * Experience with MicroStrategy SDK or custom visualizations.

Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
Experience integrating MicroStrategy with other applications (web embedding, REST API).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Soft Skills * Strong communication and analytical thinking.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
