Job Description:

Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Build and optimize data models, DAX queries, and Power Query (M) transformations.
Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and dashboards.
Implement row-level security and manage access control.
Monitor and optimize report performance, scalability, and usability.
Provide documentation, training, and support to end users to ensure effective use of BI solutions.
Stay updated with Power BI and Microsoft BI ecosystem enhancements to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Has experience in Financial Services Company (Banking / Multifinance) experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar Business Intelligence role.
Proven experience working in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) such as banking, insurance, or multifinance.
Proficient in Power BI Desktop for developing interactive reports and dashboards.
Experienced with Power BI Service for publishing, sharing, and managing dashboards and workspaces.
Strong command of Advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures.
Hands-on experience building KPI tracking dashboards to monitor business performance.
Ability to connect and integrate data from various sources including SQL databases, Excel, and APIs.
Good knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
