  • Handling end to end process for portfolio program especially for PL Cross-sell and CC Loan on Card
  • Collaborate with Sales, Digital, Credit, Technology and Operation team to identifying improvement area and develop new process/initiatives for better and smooth process
  • Review PL Cross-sell approval rate and manage re-contest application to increase productivity and effectiveness of the program
  • Developing campaign program to increase take up rate and volume
  • Analyze revenue impact from each campaign program based on rewards and marketing cost, customer rate, and additional volume generated.
  • Collaborate with Credit and Risk team to improve risk policy and database eligibility proposal
  • Analyze potential increment account & volume from new initiative risk policy
  • Analyze database waterfall, drop off from Customer funneling from both channel digi and non-digi to understand end to end process and identify process improvement.
  • Collaborate with data chapter to ensure database readiness and to have deep analysist on customer attribute i.e. customer behavior, segmentation, and propensity for each portfolio program
  • Analyze the customer attribute and determine product preferences and offers to optimize customer revenue.
  • Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings toward applicable policies & regulations, and internal fraud prevention
Job Duties * Financial & NPLTo achieve the targeted sales volume, revenue, cost & NPAT for Loan on Card (LOC) and cross-selling Personal Loan (PL) to credit card customers and to manage the portfolio risk (NPL) to the minimum level as agreed in the business objectives * Product & ChannelTo develop and launch innovative program for Loan on Card (LOC) and cross-selling Personal Loan (PL) to credit card customers to meet the strategic business objective, to develop the targeted channel to support the business growth * CustomerTo ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty are achieved through portfolio program * EmployeeTo achieve employee’s engagement and to minimize staff turn over * Process, Risk & ComplianceTo design and develop prudent process within the Consumer Finance Business related with Loan on Card (LOC) and cross-selling Personal Loan (PL) to credit card customers to ensure all business activities are within the regulated and applicable Risk & Compliance and resulting in satisfactory audit result, balanced control and service satisfactionRequirements :
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
  • Having experience in Unsecured Product Loan
  • Strategic thinking with clear objectives
  • Relationship management skill and ability for conflict handling
