- Implement E-commerce Strategy for Indonesia pet, including pricing, SKU and sales channel optimization
- Achieve target profit margin and drive incremental growth year-on-year.
- Manage Indonesia flagship stores. Ensure the content description reflects brand equity and improves sales conversion. Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
- Manage on-line distributors and resellers
- Develop the Channel Marketing Activity Plan (MAP) and ensure effective and efficient execution for the online shopping festivals eg 6.18, 11.11, 12.12 and other celebration dates.
- Develop online brand campaign and activities to drive traffic, to improve conversion rate and execution/result tracking aligned with Brand Strategy and Identity. Work with the marketing team and digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Monitor eCommerce trends and Competitors' best practices
- Monitor operation performance on backend fulfilment and customer service
- Accountable for your business channel performances, growth and accurate sales forecast
- Ensure S&OP process is in place and working.
- Report on performance
- University Degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or Business Management, or similar field
- Minimum 5 years' E-Commerce in FMCG, preferably in food or pet care
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce operation and digital marketing
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce and social media strategy across paid, earned and owned channels
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms in APAC
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organization and time management skills
