- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in Indonesia, especially in the B2B oriented.
- Manage multi-channel marketing activities including events, webinars, social media, and email campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with local sales, product, and telemarketing teams, as well as regional marketing counterparts, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, measuring effectiveness and ROI.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation within Indonesia and through partner networks.
- Oversee and manage the local marketing budget with a strong focus on maximizing return on investment.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies, with at least 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Ideally experience in driving B2B marketing, such as financial services or consulting industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions align with business objectives supported by strong understanding on Indonesia landscape.
- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
