- Lead the digital marketing strategy across all digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital media to drive engagement and qualified leads.
- Oversee the development and optimization of the corporate website, ensuring enhanced user experience, increased traffic, and higher conversion rates.
- Analyze and improve digital customer journey across touchpoints, from awareness to lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost online visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage and grow social media presence to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Distribution, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and smooth execution of digital initiatives both locally and regionally.
- Monitor, report, and improve digital KPIs including traffic, bounce rates, session duration, CTR, conversions, and CPL.
- Stay updated with digital trends and technologies to continuously innovate and adapt our strategy in the evolving insurance landscape.
- Manage external digital agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Proven track record with at least 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in financial services or relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and highly familiar with social media strategies & analytics, website optimization, SEO/SEM, digital leads, increase traffic and other relevant digital tools.
- Proven track record in data-driven initiatives, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
