- Partner with both financial and non-financial institutions to develop and implement product and strategies that will
- Increase payment volume and revenues for Visa and its clients
- Deliver client satisfaction
- Grow critical new payment areas, including eCommerce and merchant acceptance
- Expand client base through new issuance or acceptance solutions
- Champion and lead digital innovation by introducing and leading technical conversations with clients
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing and product experts, you will be responsible for establishing new product penetration and expanding existing products within current and new accounts
- Developing and ensuring the implementation of team, country and regional goals
- Build relationships with influencers and decision makers of key clients to influence their preference for Visa
- Identify new business development/product opportunities at the group level and then champion, develop and prioritize proposals and client engagement strategies
- Develop the team business development strategies and map these strategies into individual member plans
- Manage client’s financial performance and ensure alignment with regional budget process
- Bachelors degree required MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales and relationship management experience with expertise in payments financial service industry
- Strong sales and business development skills backed by sales-driven performance record and milestones
- Observable analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and critical thinking
- Highly proactive and exceptionally driven to exceed set business targets
- Natural curiosity to learn about new products and systems and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and be able to explain the key benefits to clients and internal stakeholders
- High energy motivated team playerable to effectively work across functions and teams to drive projects and key initiatives to completion
- Strong collaborative diplomatic and flexible working style and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
- Effectively operate across all levels of the organization including with senior executives
- Excellent verbal written presentation and interpersonal skills with proven abilities in selling negotiating influencing and effectively communicating concepts to customers and colleagues at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and systematic approach to managing a large number of concurrent initiatives
