- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and evaluate budget and forecast variances.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
- Evaluate market trends and consumer behaviour to uncover revenue growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for presentation to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and providing actionable recommendations to achieve financial targets.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and offer guidance.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure financial strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related-field; MBA or CPA preferred
- At least 8 years of working experience in similar roles
- Broad understanding of business processes, process auditing and internal control concepts
- Strong analytical skills necessary to identify risks and opportunities in the business
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and highly driven overcome challenges
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- High level of ethics and integrity
