Job Responsibilities
Mission - Responsible for Accounting Taxations tasks based on applicable Company's policy and procedures and Indonesian regulations. ・Handling accounting duties like AP AR GL, and financial tasks like Bank reconciliation monthly and Petty Cash. ・Ensure all transactions comply with regulated tax law/procedures(Preparing accurate tax returns, including VAT and withholding tax, and ensure compliance with Indonesia tax regulations and filling requirements). ・Assists in tax audits and respond to tax-related inquires. ・Support manager and team and involve in day to day business operation process and contribute in improvement of the business process. ・Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data. ・Other duties as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor of accounting or taxation ・Business level of English ・Working experience as Finance and Accounting minimum 3 years from industry as follows →Trading company →Manufacturing company →FMCG distributor company (Have business to Retail company) ・Can commute to office within 1hour ・Soft-skill : Cooperative, Proactive, Honest, Thorough, Neat. Punctual ・Attention to detail and accuracy financial reporting. ・Experience in accounting software SAP and MS Excel is an advantage ・Strong understanding of Indonesia accounting standards and tax regulations.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Working experience in Audit firm ・Working experience in Japanese company ・Experience as work for FMCG principal hopefully on multinational company or Japanese company
