- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and cloud adoption.
- Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge, supporting internal training, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Work with global functional teams to improve product offerings, solutions, and operational processes.
- Conduct market research to identify key industries, potential clients, and decision-making structures.
- Communicate effectively using customer-centric language to build trust and uncover business needs.
- Drive service expansion and solution upgrades for existing clients through secondary development.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to stay informed on business plans, budgets, and technical environments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Encourage rapid decision-making and continuous use of cloud solutions through strategic engagement.
- Apply a range of sales strategies to convert opportunities into results and create mutual value.
- Minimum 8-12 years of sales experience in technology sectors, with a strong track record; cloud computing experience is a plus.
- Deep expertise in financial industry segmentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and culturally diverse environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and independently engage with key customer stakeholders to drive decisions.
- Ability to understand customer business needs and digital transformation goals, diagnose technical challenges, and deliver competitive solutions.
- Proficient in tailoring communication strategies to different customer segments.
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
