Industrial Facility & Engineering Head

• Oversee handover inspection of newly built industrial buildings and MEP systems

• Establish maintenance plans and SOPs for key systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance for facilities

• Manage and evaluate performance of outsourced vendors (cleaning, security, MEP maintenance)

• Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) and propose efficiency improvements

• Handle emergency repairs and lead technical troubleshooting

• Coordinate with tenants, project, and safety departments for facility-related needs

• Maintain proper documentation of all engineering assets and repair records

• Ensure compliance with local laws, safety and environmental regulations

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related fields

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial facility management, property maintenance, or MEP supervision

• Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems (power supply, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety)

• Hands-on experience in property handover, equipment commissioning, and technical documentation

• Familiarity with local EHS, fire safety, and utility regulations

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English (Mandarin is a plus)

• Holding relevant technical certificates (electrical license, HVAC, fire safety) is preferred
