- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Monitor and control energy consumption, optimizing HVAC operations to improve efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Adhere to safety regulations, ensuring that all work complies with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including inventory management.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- High school or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems maintenance, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building systems and energy-efficient practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or electrical systems are a plus.
